Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Reely, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Reely complies with laws in your country.

3. The Service

Reely provides social features including short videos (Reels), profiles, messaging, and live streaming. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information and not impersonate others.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

5. User content and license

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting content on Reely, you grant Reely Inc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform your content solely to operate and promote the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your content.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or sexually exploitative content.
• Share spam, scams, malware, or unauthorized advertising.
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Attempt to hack, scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
• Use bots or automation to manipulate engagement without permission.
• Harass other users or attempt to obtain personal data without consent.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Violations may result in immediate removal of content and account termination.

7. Virtual items and purchases

Virtual coins, gifts, or bonuses have no cash value unless explicitly stated. In-app purchases are processed by third-party app stores and subject to their refund policies. We may modify virtual economies at any time.

8. Moderation and reporting

We may review, remove, or restrict content and accounts at our discretion. Use in-app reporting and blocking tools. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may act on reports and automated signals.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELY IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTENT POSTED BY USERS OR FOR INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELY INC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

You may stop using Reely at any time and request account deletion per our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or legal requirements.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
