This Privacy Policy explains how Reely Inc (“Reely”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Reely mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Account information — username, email or phone (if provided), profile details, bio, and authentication tokens.
- User content — Reels, photos, videos, messages, live stream metadata, comments, and interactions (likes, follows).
- Technical data — device identifiers, IP address, app version, operating system, crash logs, and push notification tokens (e.g. Firebase).
- Usage data — how you use feeds, search, chats, and live features to improve performance and safety.
- Payment data — purchases are processed by app stores (Google Play, Apple). We receive transaction identifiers, not full card numbers.
3. How we use information
- Provide and operate the Service (feeds, messaging, live, profiles).
- Authenticate users and secure accounts.
- Send service and promotional notifications (where permitted and configurable).
- Moderate content, enforce policies, and respond to reports.
- Improve reliability, analytics, and fraud prevention.
- Comply with legal obligations and valid law-enforcement requests.
4. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only with:
- Cloud hosting, CDN, analytics, and push providers needed to run the Service.
- Payment processors and app stores for in-app purchases.
- Authorities when required by law or to protect users and Reely.
- Other users, according to your privacy settings (public profile, posts, etc.).
5. Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and backup purposes. Chat history may be stored depending on app settings. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your rights and choices
- Access, correct, or delete your data via in-app settings or our deletion page.
- Opt out of non-essential notifications in app settings.

Depending on your region (e.g. California, EEA), you may have additional rights such as access, portability, or objection. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
7. Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; use the Service at your own risk and protect your login credentials.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if you believe we have collected a minor’s information.
9. International transfers
Reely Inc is based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the US and other countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.
