End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and our Terms of Use, Reely Inc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of the App on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where prohibited by law.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or sell access to the App.
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from the App.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of app store rules.

3. Apple App Store (if applicable)

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that this Agreement is between you and Reely Inc only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. In case of failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property infringement.

4. Google Play (if applicable)

If you downloaded the App from Google Play, you must also comply with Google Play’s terms. Google is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the App.

5. User-generated content

The App allows you to create and share content. You are solely responsible for your content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your license to use the App.

6. Updates

We may provide updates, patches, or changes to the App. Some updates may be required to continue using the Service. This Agreement applies to updates unless they include separate terms.

7. Termination

This license ends if you breach this Agreement or if we terminate your account. Upon termination you must stop using the App and may delete it from your devices. Sections that by nature should survive will survive (including disclaimers and limitations of liability).

8. Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. REELY INC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELY INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
